RECIPE: GLUTEN FREE GRANOLA

Most people don’t know this about me, but I love cooking. I have been gluten free for about a year and a half and breakfast can be tricky. I like to start off my day with something high in protein, a little sweet and with some crunch and this gluten free granola does the trick.

I recently came across this good blog “Love and Lemons” and I am obsessed. The recipes are delicious and simple.

I make this granola on Sunday mornings and it lasts me the week. A lot of packaged granola are full of sugar and additives…not this one. I use Bob’s Red Mill gluten free oats, and add shaved coconut and raisins at the end. It’s so delicious with a Greek yogurt and blueberries.

Another tip: I bring it with me when I travel. Makes a great breakfast on an airplane. :)
