Kick-start your digestion system every morning with a cup of hot water and lemon.

 

2. FREE-RADICAL FIGHTERS

Ensure you eat antioxidant-packed berries, such as blueberries, as part of your five a day to combat oxidative stress.

 

3. A SIMPLE SWAP

Honey-drizzled yogurt or a fruit salad are good alternatives to sugar-loaded desserts.

 

4. TAKE THE NIGHT OFF

Try to go carbohydrate- or starch-free after 5pm to give your body a chance to process the day’s nutrients.
